I have a technical background and can repair almost anything.
I am interested in building a low cost addition to a house we purchased for my disabled adjust daughter. We do not have $200k for improvements, adding just 500 sg/ft or so.
We want something sustainable for her and her caregiver. If we can get the house modified for around $50k then we would be set.
There is a great need for housing for disabled people, that is modified or setup for comfort and ease of care. Like en-suite bathroom with overhead "hoyer" track from bed to shower to toilet to wheelchair.
