We are a nonprofit organization in the Kansas City area, interested in importing 14kW of solar panels from Angxu Solar in China, to Kansas City port. I got a quote for about $3000 + shipping by sea at about $500, and wanted first to check that this is doable, ie, the customs duties are not prohibitive. Can you help in this situation? What would be the estimated customs and other fees that we would have to pay? And also, what would your brokerage fee be in this case? | |||

Hello BDG,
We are a nonprofit organization in the Kansas City area, interested in importing 14kW of solar panels from Angxu Solar in China, to Kansas City port. I got a quote for about $3000 + shipping by sea at about $500, and wanted first to check that this is doable, ie, the customs duties are not prohibitive. Can you help in this situation?
