Basics

A Company Developing Vertical Axis Wind Turbines that utilize existing Street Lights for the structure and electrical grid connection
The novel aspect is rather than going on top like many prior designs it goes around the pole, and thus is installable/maintainable without a Scissor Lift / Cherry Picker etc
- Also this better utilized car induced air movement i think?
