Use Ffmpeg
Navigate to working directory:
marcin@marcin-Ryzen-3600:~/Desktop$ ffmpeg -f concat -safe 0 -i concat.txt -c copy output.mkv
concat.txt is a text file with names of the files you are joining, in the working directory:
