Could also start up a Local Collection Point (not certain on distance from others / if they just burn it all / conflict with existing MSW companies etc, but i digress). Precious Plastic has some neat work/examples of these. They have a map to if i remember correctly

(Also i may merge this with "plastic flakes" and mention this to precious plastic, as this term seems way more common/agreed upon)
