- Could apply AirBNB to the site, with remote key access by log-in. The missing link is maintenance - how do we do that?
- Construction Grade 3D Printing. Tech, 3DP, and recycling enterprise. Needs products, such as captive audience for some 3D Printed widget. Military contracts.
- House Microfactory at FeF
- Training Visa capacity for OSE at headquarters
- OSE Business Back End for house
- Grant-writing pipeline, not staff but more like heavyweight grant (product) management with outsourced admin support
