Or any textured plastic product -

open source disclosure defensive patent claim:

  1. Use a 3D printer with heated bed at high temperature close to melting temperature of material
  2. Use increased extrusion overlap so adjacent strands fuse into one another
  3. Use a textured printing plate.
  4. Deposit 100% infill layer, but start at 1-3 mm above the surface.
  5. Resulting print conforms to texture on printing plate - thus creating a textured 3D print.
  6. This eliminates the need to print complex geometries, and layer adhesion is perfect as there is only 1 layer needed.
  7. Overextrude to get a correspondingly thicker material.
  8. High temperature of heat bed allows strand fusion to one another (point 2)
