I don't want to dive into this too much, as i feel this is one of those pages / gdocs heavily tied to one of the video conferences, so pre-that i should watch the video!

I think i will add the category "Urban Planning" to this though just for organization / finding it later purposes

Does this overall project / initiative have a name / page yet that i should link to and/or make a category out of, or is this the extent of the work on-wiki?
