Basics
- AS OF NOW THIS IS RESEARCH/INFORMATION HUNTING
- Using crushed and/or powderized Charcoal to replace fine aggregate and sand in Concrete
- Would be easily sourced, renewable, and would capture carbon
- ESPECIALLY if using Solar Concrete or a Charcoal Lime Kiln
To Do
- NEED TO SEE PROPERTY EFFECTS
- Dig for research papers
Internal Links
- Carbon as Concrete Aggregate (Goes over more forms, rather than just Charcoal , such as from the Bosch Reaction or Methane Pyrolysis )
External Links
- High-Volume Carbon Sequestration for Controlled Low- Strength Materials
- A NASA Technology Transfer Patent Titled "Carbonated Cement for Production of Concrete with Improved Properties" (Utilizes Carbon from a plant integrated [[Bosch Reactor to sequester carbon in the cement and improve properties?)
