Basics
- The Application of the "Harm Reduction" philosophy to Enviromental Efforts
- IE instead of calling for radical change, you create Drop In Solutions , Retrofitable Solutions , and other compromises
- Also just reduction and making polluting devices more efficient etc
- Not a replacement for systemic change / adopting new technolgoy, but far easier to convince people to adopt, and thus may have more impact overall than the "optimal solution"
