Basics
- A Zoning Designation for Wildlands (or sometimes Agricultural Zoning, although this is less effective) surrounding an Urban Area
- It, in combination with other policy, can help stop Urban Sprawl by defining a border between the urban zone and the Rural Area / Wildlands
