- CPVC is PVC with extra chlorination, which raises its working temperature from 140 to 200F. [1]
- Schedule 40 CPVC is yellowish, Schedule 80 is grey.
- CPVC comes in NPS and CTS (copper tube size) sizes - which are not compatible.
