Basics
- This page aims to determine what the "strongest" / "most durable" (Semi-subjective mix of different properties, tensile compressive shear etc) FDM 3D Printer Filament that can be printed "easily"
- By easily we will assume:
- No Actively Heated Print Chamber
- No Exotic Hot End (Granted not that everything needs to be printable on an Ender 3 , but rather your standard mid range E3D hotend etc should work
Candidates
PPS-CF
Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polycarbonate
Carbon Fiber Reinforced Nylon
Carbon Fiber Reinforced PET
Carbon Fiber Reinforced ABS
Internal Links
- FDM 3D Print Annealing (Another way to increase print strength)
