2022 NAHB average builder grade build cost - $153/sf - about $392k for 2561 sf [1] - but that is not the sale cost - the sale cost is 50% higher at $641k - see thorough breakdown [2]
- Follows the OSE Build Cost compared to Industry Standards with build cost 3x the materials cost. If materials are $60k for 1300 sf and $120k for 2600 sf. Here build cost is $390k compared to $360k using the Build Cost Formula
