Currency (aka money) that is both digital and backed by hard assets. Productive infrastructures and their transparent documentation constitutes the optimal hard asset. It is unique in that the hard asset may be produced on demand, but in all cases requires proof of productive capacity (which sounds like 'proof of work' in transparent ledger-based currencies).
