101 refers to the core method of OSE learning and teaching pedagogy, where the 101 refers to an entry level course that one could take with a high-school equivalent qualification. We use RLF-based, modular, scalable, integrated (multidisciplinary), recursion-based, tooled up education for tech and society. Modularity and scalability is for unleashed productivity for financial independence. For tech, our pedagogy includes:
- 3D printing and ability to recycle plastic including high temp and high throughput printing
- 2x2' personal torch table for small parts
- A 2x2' Farmbot for planting plants and circuit components, aka dual-purpose pick-and-place machine
- Ball bearings, off the shelf, for various bearings
- 3D printed geardowns to 1000 lb lifetime pull
- FreeCAD mastery, including modules for design
- Design Guides for 101 on everything.
- Teaching on production technique and assist - jigs and logistics devices
- Open source 3D printed tools.
- Scalable welder
- Induction Power Cube for up to 50 lb melt- solar powered. 3000 sf of RLF provides 30 kw of solar.
