- Uses Post Scarcity Crowdfunding - RLF Development and free use for 1 month to build any project. Includes rapid learning capacity. The only way for real design learning is to be able to build.
- Requires Documentation Qualification and Tool Qualification Exam.
- All exams are written collaboratively
- Partnership legal structure for risk mitigation

- Reward is $25k (about the value created in oneonth of use
- Uses Total Recursion - taking recycled materials and processing them to virgin stock

- RLF requirement - OSE invests in plant.
- RLF includes induction furnace, rolling down to barn metal in 1/32" thickness for 40 lb panels in 16' or so lengths
