Curriculum

  1. 3d printed flange block bearing using commercial balls
  2. Ball bearing machine and chemistries - from induction furnace alloying
  3. 3D printed ball screw
  4. 3D printed planetary geardown - and making a rotary encoder
  5. SME - high pressure water pump, guy from Tom Kimmel's shop, Terry. This is a precise small scale bore with 1 cc displacement - meaning
  6. SME - air bearing lathe build. Gelbart
  7. SME - heavy duty CNC machine, gantry style -;precision drives for it.
  8. Book - in Books folder - CNC machine design.
  9. Universal Axis Build - 8, 25, 50, 75 mm versions. Degeneracy with heavy shafts and 3D printed bearings of significant size. Uses 3 D printed near net shape + machining.
