Neat! I’ll have to look into the Multi-Story House Model! Granted especially given the rural context of much of the GVCS type stuff, but at the same time making not only affordable housing with those medium density build outs but having it be ‘’well built and repairable’’ would be neat. Code Compliance gets intense with those larger buildings, Wall Penetrations and all that; all the science on how they made even skyscrapers safe from fires is really interesting.

On another note I’m assuming coordinating with local people is happening do they have accounts and whatnot yet?
