Fleet Maintenance Request Board

Basics

• This is a board you have in the garage of break room etc which has:
  • Fleet Vehicle ID
  • Date Recorded
  • The Problem
• I think a neat idea would be having an additional column for “is the problem known (y/n)” “if so what is the problem, if not what are the symptoms (sudden stopping, not starting/working, odd sounds etc)”
