Collaborative Time Binding

Time binding is the recognition of and building upon prior art which stands on the shoulders of giants in order to provide cultural progress (as opposed to biological progress or evolution). This process is public and collaborative such that the stakeholders can collaborate with zero entry barriers and it is transparent in the sense that anyone can view the results (to promote further Time-binding). Simple digital tools such as wikis, linked to digital fabrication tools and other compilers which translate ideas and information to reality. Wikis can be used to cross link and hyperlink in formation such that Morally Intelligent AI can be created engines can parse the information to make it more presentable. The process has unlimited scalability and a permanent time frame.

Collaborative time binding involves a deliberate effort by multiple individuals , with no upper limit of people or agents in which coordinated, distributed swarms can form. This is an important concept in that it is designed to solve for the reptilian brain (fear-based evil that occurs in society).

How? By creating knowhow, skills, learning, building character, creating security on the bottom rungs of Maslow's pyramid up to self-actualization. By focusing first on the material base, provided in a just, democratic, fair, honorable way - this then provides for belonging, social, and spiritual needs. By providing a personal security infrastructure, it allows people to begin evolving past authoritarian unfreedoms. This is just a minor transition on the trajectory of humankind - but it is also a profound one.
