This intensive program goes beyond technology, cultivating essential human skills: how to learn effectively, develop moral intelligence and character, foster an abundance mindset, and become an integrated, impactful individual.

We're building a collaborative, transparent, and open society, and this school is our next step in scaling our learnings in modular design and swarm builds. You'll gain proficiency in approximately 20 trades through paid work-study, constructing Seed Eco-Homes two days a week. Another day will be dedicated to exploring the architecture of civilization – its technologies, societies, organizations, and institutions.

This isn't just about building houses; it's about cultivating integrated humans prepared for the challenges of our time – the metacrisis, singularity, and the rise of AI. We'll teach you to collaborate effectively with machines, leveraging open-source principles to drive unprecedented productivity and transformative enterprise.

Our initial focus is housing – including the open-sourcing of construction machinery, power tools, and material production, extending to energy systems, urban gardening, and manufacturing - with the Global Village Construction Set tool ecosystem.

You'll learn collaborative design at scale, working with the first cohort to build our campus as a living model. Our ultimate vision is a global movement providing universal access to financial independence and basic assets through open, collaborative design of distributed production and circular economies, solving global challenges faster than they emerge.

This program prioritizes your growth: cultivating essential human qualities, teaching you how to learn rapidly and think systemically, all while engaging in the design-build of sustainable housing and open-sourcing the GVCS. We've been working on the Global Village Construction Set for more than a decade, and now we are starting a school.

We're looking for 24 young men and women to be part of a worldchaning crew - with an explicit mission to open source the blueprints for civilization.

We are offering a 4 year program, where you learn to collaborate, design, and build - a civilization that is both efficient, and humane. But more than this - this is not about technology but humanity. You will learn how to learn, and how to be an integrated human. And most importantly - you will learn the discipline that allows you to cultivate an abundance, groth mindset.

We're building a collaborative, transparent, open society – a level playing field for everyone. The school is our next big step - now transferring our learnings on collaboration, modular design, and swarm builds - to attain scale.

We are starting with housing. In 4 years, you will learn basic to expert proficiency in all of the 20 or so trades. All while engaging hands on in work-study - building Seed Eco-Homes 2 days in the week. We spend one day on a survey of design - the architectures of civilization - including technology, organizations and institution. As civilization architects, our learnings are very broad.

But this would be nothing if we did not learn to be humane. To this end, you will learn how to learn - so that you can form accurate mental models of reality - and you will dive deep into what it means to be human: moral intelligence, character, purpose, leadership, multiple intelligences, emotions, peak performance , soft skills, and more. All aimed at expanding your index of possibility - towards a mindset of abundance.

Designing a new civilization is our focus - by learning how to build, how to think, how to collaborate, and how to be fully human. We are at a dangerous crossroads in civilization - metacrisis, singularity, and AI times - where technology is outstripping humanity's ability to steward this technology properly. To that end, we need to develop the skillsets of integrated humans, collaborating with machines.

We will teach you how to build seed eco-homes in only 5 days - as a highly coordinated, 24 person swarm. You will get a taste of abundance - seeing for yourself how you can build the world. This will put financial independence for you, on a solid footing. This involves 2 days of work study, for which you get paid. And we can hire you at the end - preferably as a construction manager or design/builder - of new societal norms. You see, we focus on transformative enterprise. By injecting open source, modular efficiency and collaboration via swarm design and builds - we get really good at extreme productivity, that can be taken to scale.

First we're solving housing and construction - but housing includes machines used in construction, power tools, and production of materials - all to be liberated into the open source. This includes energy systems, urban gardening, aquaponics, and manufacturing - a product ecology that includes just about all the machines of the Global Village Construction Set.

But we teach collaborative design at scale - learning how to word with dozens in the first cohort - building our campus here as a living-working model to illuminate the world. We teach the civilization design concepts and practices so that we can replicate towards a global movement of providing universal access to financial independence and Universal Basic Assets to everyone across the world, while leapfrogging and solving problems faster than they are created - with open, collaborative design. Our goal is true open source blueprints for civilization - for unleashed progress far and wide.

Then, we teach you how to learn – rapid learning techniques, accurate mental models, and integrated systems thinking.
