I received 8 candidates in 3 days (20% of the promise), and none of them started the actual application. LinkedIn should have a feature where it counts 'real applicants' only - once they took a significant  application step. Just passing the initial qualifying questions does not add much value - applicants should read the applications before applying to self-determine if they should apply. The current system encourages frivolous applications. Our official application involves a 'video of interest' as the first step (first of 5 steps total). So by our count, we have 0 applications obtained via this specific posting (0% result so far). Will try to improve our posting or otherwise modify our approach.
