Weight

  • For 7/16" OSB at 45 lb/sheet - we need 1.66 = 60 lb in OSB, and 8*9.6- total of 137 lb for 32' + bonding plates. Takes us to 151.5 lb per truss.

Design

  • 34 span for 16" deep I joist (80 series) at 12" OC spacing. [3]

  • P3 Series 80 joist - all it says for P3 is that they are '3/8" web or greater'
  • P3 80 series is 7/16" web [4]

OSE
