Is a combination of the 3, or rather absence of 3 things which take vast time in construction:
Design for Measureless - Jigs, standard lengths such as going by length of OSB. Or modular - we know one module goes against the next, so the module itself is a measuring stick.
Design for Moving-less (Handling, cutting) - Machines move bulk material in produciton. Pallet jacks, dollies, etc then back to forks to move on site. 3D Printing and digital avoids cutting, or avoids cutting by hand and can thus be parallel in cooperation with humans.
Design for Mounting-less (or careful placement in final position) - Addressed by various methods of Poka Yoke. Includes digital fiducials (holes, markers). Or geometry which fits only one way.
