- Learning willingness - Not only accepts - but welcomes correction.
- Growth mindset - understanding that the only constant is change, therefore learning is key to adaptation and thriving.
- Learning ability - fast or slow learner. Independent of learning willingness.

- Purpose - sees a higher purpose than mere survival, more like evolution and transcendence - the natural order of things
