Concept: 5 week immersion training + participation in 500 hours of sweat equity in exchange for free material production and a free house transported to your site.
Requires 500 hr sweat equity, whatever number of people

Must qualify (commitment to 5 week training, 500 hour sweat equity) requirements must be met for a 1 year duration of program)
After qualifying, $1750 nonrefundable application fee
Sweat equity for tuition or $7500 in tuition
Applicant can apply for a community development grant to fund participation ($7500 tuition for 5 weeks)
If doing sweat equity for tuition, time requirement is 10 weeks for the training side
