Construction manager role refers to integrated design-builders running crews of 24 building Seed Eco-Homes. Integrated design-builders are individuals who can perform all the 20 trades involved in home construction, and who have a handle on design aspects to be able to redesign Seed Eco-Homes according to the modular pattern language for structural and utility system builds. This is what we teach at the Future Builders Academy program over 4 years. We started a school - as we could find no other qualified integrated design-builders. We are literally creating an innovation based industry for open source housing. | |||

- Compare civil engineers, $95k median [5]. This seems reasonable, where median means more senior people. The idea is: entry level is only first or such year. If career is 40 years, only <3% are in their first year (entry level). Thus, a much lower starting pay is consistent with $95k out the box.
