Future Builders Crash Course Video Plan

Overview

• Main time lapse 15-80 mm Canon 250D is set up.
• 3 gopros are set up at 3 main stations with battery banks on tripod. These can be moved around based on key activity being done.
• Interview station is set up with Canon 6D and 3 lights. Marcin interviews participants regarding key moments and testimonials, in their authentic gear. Standing or sitting option.
• People upload to Google Folder - [1]
• Everyone takes pictures. People post on OSE Workshops FB Page. Media is used in instructionals.
• Marcin takes occasional videos with iPhone camera
• One of main goals is to get footage for short form videos, such as: promo for Future Builders Crash Course, and irresistible offer for the Future Builders Academy Apprenticeship

Protocol

1. Set up main + auxiliary + 3 Akasos at beginning of day for main action areas. Shift in the day as needed.
2. 8 small battery banks are linked to tripod and camera for each of 4 cameras outside of the Interview Camera - 1 in use, 1 charging at all times.

4. Charge all battery banks in Video Bay on an ongoing basis.
5. Main time lapse always plugged into uninterruptible power station
6. Interviews in interview station are done on an on-demand basis.
7. Video is uploaded nightly from 5 cameras to Google Photos using computer station.
8. Keep a running index of each day at Video_Gallery#All with short description of each day's content. Just one line or paragraph - including names of people interviewed.
9. For each person interviewed, get their name and document it along with the short description of content at Video_Gallery#All

Camera Setup

• 3 Akaso (gopro) cameras catch each of the 3 sections. Each set up on a heavy, movable tripod. Tripod has small battery bank attached to one of its legs using a rubber bungee.
• Canon 250D - On a heavy OSE tripod with 15-80 mm lens. Plugged in to an uninterruptible 300 whr battery bank. Battery bank plugged into wall outlet in Camera Bay for continuous charge.
• Canon 6D - with 50 mm lens - set up with 3 lights (key, hair, fill) and chair and short depth of field (person in focus, workshop action in background) set up near Camera Bay out of way of build action

Camera Bay

• One of the 8x16 side rooms of the Hangar is set up as a film studio.
• Uploads of footage occur on a nighly basis in the film studio.
• All batteries are charged on on ongoing basis with dedicated outlets
• 6 small battery banks (2 for each Akaso camera)

Set up seat, with 3 lights.

Prerequisite Prep
