While the potential for “Company Store” type shenanigans has me a bit spooked, i think this + a LITTLE merch (just T-Shirts, Hoodies, Carabiners, and MAYBE Water Bottles is a good idea.

Also (depending on how far out the nearest Postal Office is) setting up one of those Lockbox kind of deals may be nice too.

But having almost what they have at Hotels (MINUS THE CRAZY PRICING) would be nice so:

Basic Soap/Dish Soap

Basic Shampoo

Basic Conditioner

Antiperspirant Deodorant

Decent mix of OTC Med Choices

Toothbrushes + Toothpaste + Floss + Fluoride Mouthwash etc

MAYBE some food, but uncertain on what all that entails, and also may just do as you suggested “we have some preserved xyz, and this tree/busy is making more abc than we know what to do with so feel free to have some”.

Can probably do Cost+2%, but Open Pricing Initiative would be the goal

BOM Would be a list of those products, some sort of Shelfing and short term a Sticky Note / Label Maker based labels would work fine, can also have a Laninated Printed Off “Cheat Sheet” put somewhere (or even have one of those in kind of the “Welcome to FeF” kit / put it on each Bunk etc

I’ll make them more orderly later, but those are largely my thoughts on all this.
