Goal
Make a classroom. Whatever use building has - common room and kitchen and bathroom are priorities.
Howto
- Empty HabLab into small interior rooms to work on main room, kitchen and bath.
- Take out middle wall.
- Decide what stays. Stove and heat pump stays.
- Bathroom sinks go. Shower stalls go.
- Washer stays where it is.
- Frame walls of common room, kitchen, and bathroom for drywall
