- Prepare wheel mounting plates, 4 per tractor - 1/2"x8"x10"
- Download CAM files for wheel plates -[1]
- Configure LinuxCNC
- [4] Torch out plates (or cut by hand)
- Grind and ream
- [8] Weld 9/16"x2" bolts onto back of plate with wheel providing pattern
- [4] Put wheel on ground
- [4] Place plate on top of wheel
- [8] Stick bolts in holes and align
- [8] Weld bolt heads to wheel plate.
- Cut gussets - right angle triangles with 4" legs - 4 per wheel
- Weld collar onto wheel plate
- Weld gussets onto wheel plates
- Bolt wheels on wheel plate with 9/16" teflon lock nuts.
