*[8] Weld 9/16"x2" bolts onto back of plate with wheel providing pattern

**[8] Stick bolts in holes and align

*Cut gussets - right angle triangles with 4" legs - 4 per wheel

*Weld gussets onto plates
*Weld collar onto wheel plate, centered and right angle
**the gussets face to the outside of the wheel for easy access to 3/4" shaft pin.

*Bolt wheels on wheel plate with 9/16" teflon lock nuts.

  • Prepare wheel mounting plates, 4 per tractor - 1/2"x8"x10"
  • Download CAM files for wheel plates -[1]
  • Configure LinuxCNC
  • [4] Torch out plates (or cut by hand)
  • Grind and ream
  • [8] Weld 9/16"x2" bolts onto back of plate with wheel providing pattern
    • [4] Put wheel on ground
    • [4] Place plate on top of wheel
    • [8] Stick bolts in holes and align
    • [8] Weld bolt heads to wheel plate.
