Hi Marcin,
There would be a huge savings going with an air driven system. The system quoted is actually overkill for your application (15 SCFM), but it was the smallest available Hydraulic Drive system that would meet your needs. I do not have data on the annual maintenance cost, but service is mostly for seal replacement and is dependent upon usage.
I have attached a drawing for an Air Drive Hydrogen Booster that might be a better fit for you if you have a source of compressed available. This is capable of up to 9,000psi gas outlet pressure (with 150psi drive air). The ability of the booster to generate pressure is a function of the drive pressure, multiplied by the nominal booster ratio (62:1 for the attached system). The ability to generate flow is a function of the quantity of air available to drive it, the displacement per cycle of the booster, and volumetric efficiency.
This system would be $7,592 and has approximately a 60 day lead time.
