- Absolute inefficiency on wall installation. It took over 1 day to install exterior and interior walls. The problem was expert guidance under standard alignement procedures over measureless poka-yoke, extending build time approximately 10x. Solution: expert replacement with comprehension of Expertise-Embedded Systems. In SH2 of 2021, we have already documented installation of an entire floor, 500 sf, in 1:15 hr including ceiling joists- see One Hour. Issue readily addressed and next build time is expected to be tight at 5 days at low risk with proper establishment of Rapid Learning Modules in the RLF.
- Plumbing - subfloor was closed off, then taken off, in order to eliminate plumbing bottleneck. Walls were installed, floor cut - to install plumbing. Next time, we pre-install the plumbing, no shit, no pun intended. Reason: lack of documentation. Solution: AI model modification.
