Future Builders Academy operates as a track ecology. The Enterprise Formation Track produces real surplus and financial freedom through hardcore production. The Civilization Design Track allows designers, engineers, and information workers to contribute low-risk, high-leverage open artifacts that make production cheaper and more powerful. Over time, contributors can transition into field work, enterprise formation, or advanced open R&D. This structure allows wide participation without diluting accountability, while converting abstract talent into real civilization-building capacity.
Civilization Design Track
Principle: Every CDT phase must directly reduce cost, time, or dependency in the FBEFT within the same calendar year.
- Each phase with a single dominant economic thesis
- Clear handoff to FBEFT after each phase
- Visible metrics (cost reduction, tool substitution, throughput gain)
Phase 1 Thesis
- Reduce the house BOM and tool dependency by replacing proprietary, disposable, or overpriced components with open, printable, and repairable systems.
