  • 2 days work 50/50 net revenue share as bread and butter with risk share.for responsibility. Responsible Design for incentives, training, performance, operations, growth, etc.
  • Toms shoes model for housing - R&D dedicated to a.sound revenue model for free.housing.
  • 2 days learning + R&D. All learning is applied.
  • 1 day - 2 hr infrastructure, 2 hr personal or GVCS hackathon with broader community. 2 hr RLF. 2 hr week documentation.
  • RLF any time, 4000 items *5 min = 14 full days each year (repeated every year for burndown). 42 full days of 8 hr. Or 1 hr per day. But at end, as cross-fwrtilizatiin occurs, you master it.
  • Iconic CAD AI assisted design mastery
  • Sat Sun off.
