Basics
- A Pressure Cooker by the Brand “Hawkins”
- 1.5L Volume
- (although this may be the TOTAL volume, not WORKING volume?, re Pressure Cooking )
- Stainless Steel - Aluminum Alloy Composite
- As per the branding, in three “plys” clad together
- Cooking Surface: SS 340
- Inner Sandwich Layer: AL 19500 ( Heat Diffusing Aluminum Alloy as per IS:21 Standard)
- Base/Outer Sandwich Layer: SS 430 ( Induction Compatible Alloy)
- Lid: SS 304
- As per the branding, in three “plys” clad together
- Was neat they said the specific alloys, the bags were also labeled with what type of plastic, percentages recycled, and even Deposit-Refund value (albeit in Indian Rupees…we aren’t that civilized (at least here in most states) in the USA lol 💀)
