The Current Challenge is updated daily - and it should describe the working issues that are being solved, in order to allow others to chip in effort and accelerate velocity. The Current Challenge should:
- provide an assessment of the issues being developed - with planning up to 1 month in advance
- be a paragraph or two describing the existing work (on product or component level)
- use numerous hyperlinks to Work Product, Industry Standards Analysis, or any other steps of the Master List of Steps - in order to ground the discussion
- inform the Strategic Planning process, one of the next steps in the Master List of Steps
- provide insight into the procedure and work required in order to help assess the time needed for completion
