  2. Normalizing external review and collaboration as a core component of OSE strategy
  3. Conversion of an autistic process into a global peer review process
  4. Since review can happen on any aspect of the process (social, technical, organizational, philosophical, economic, etc.) - this step has the most potential for providing mid-course correction and resources to the OSE effort
