Introduction
Strategic Planning should occur at the beginning of every project. Such planning should assess available resources, OSE ecologies, OSE specifications, OSE community contacts, Team Culturing pages, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Open Manufacturing, various technical forums, and any other resources, connections, and relations - to plan an approach to developing a given product at the highest development velocity. A critical part of the strategy should be how to leverage crowdsourcing to accelrate velocity.
Unique Development Strategy
Every project will benefit from unique development strategies - and these strategies should be identified - based on the nature of the product, of the team, and of the resoures that are available.
