Commentary: The T-type person can assess teh
Commentary: The L-Type does not understand the subject matter sufficiently if s/he claims that it is 'too hard to understand.' This is because the indicator of true mastery is the ability to teach (ie, one cannot teach what one does not understand. The T-type person can assess the learning capacity of a person, and while the T-type can teach those who are ready to learn, the T-type person also understands that it is not possible to teach someone who is not interested in learning.

Commentary: The L-Type does not understand the subject matter sufficiently if s/he claims that it is 'too hard to understand.' This is because the indicator of true mastery is the ability to teach (ie, one cannot teach what one does not understand. The T-type person can assess the learning capacity of a person, and while the T-type can teach those who are ready to learn, the T-type person also understands that it is not possible to teach someone who is not interested in learning.
