- Each person is required to spend 5 minutes every day reporting tasks:
- One minute vlog video of progress
- One minute to write down main milestone(s) reached in that day at Gantt Chart
- Ongoing status log entries at Flashy_XM for smaller tasks completed, and links to main milestones completed
- Each person is required to do weekly planning by filling out their Calendar. See Calendar Embedding Instructions.
- Do one week at a time
- Plan for the longer term so that Calendar is consistent with 6 Month Work Plan
