Nick Franklin from WikiSpeed Seattle Team. Minute 4:39 - '...allow somebody to step in their place, and see what's been done, and pick up right from there, because naturally, it should be pretty well-documented.' - so we don't lose all the work that has been done.
Needs:

- Tracking activity of members
- For example, contribution history would allow someone to notice that someone hasn't contributed in some time.
- Interactive scrum board
- Forum (but should be Stack Overflow
