Sample Cuts in DXF. 1" hole size. Need to resize to 1-1/16" on Mike Hill Plasma Table. Erase the borders if cutting from 1/2"x8" flats. Pin is 3". DOM used around pin is 3/4" wall, to made overall diameter of hole 4.5" - with about 3/16" allowance for weld-in. Therefore, the overall diameter within the DXF CAM file should be 4.875".
