  1. Use Inventory Template for parts and consumables (temporary items)
  2. Create Tools and Machinery Inventory Template for tools and heavy machinery (permanent items)
  3. Create a Workshop Map. See Workshop Map Template for a sample map.
  4. Use workshop map and label where parts and tools can be found
  5. Start a wiki page and link to (do not embed) both Map and Inventory Spreadsheets, with sharing only to OSE core team.
