Obviously not something you can do in a few hours, so I was trying to describe something more like this:

Since it's already been disked, a hiller would be ideal, but again I don't know how reasonable it is going to be to build something rounded like this but the concept of angling the dirt to the middle could be done by other means/shapes like the plow that would be easier to build quickly:
