- Door is only 7' high (same as wall) because of the height requirement of ceiling.
- Door must be integrated into 1' thick CEB wall with stucco and 2" EPS insulation.
- Bond beam is directly above it.
- Finishing detail involves direct transition from door frame to stucco metal lath without need for any other trim
- Exterior Library North French Doors: left inswing (opening to the inside)
- Exterior Utility South Door: right inswing (opening to the inside)
- Exterior Utility East Door: right inswing (opening to the inside)
