Metrics are used to assess and quantify whether results are being achieved. Inspiration metrics are the broadest class of metrics - used to determine whether current work is consistent with broad goals.  


Details are that there are 25% savings in labor via swarm model, 25% savings via open source design, 20% savings in materials.
