Current recruiting focuses around Distributive Enterprise Fellows who develop these enterprises in collaboration with OSE, as a program of 6 month development. We structure an R&D program with stipend or bootstrap earning where the individual qualifies by demonstrating ability to run an existing 3D printer Enterprise.
